Here are a few tried and tested tips to help you bring back the shine of your bathroom tiles.

Use a wire snake if the clogging is severe. It is the most convenient way to get rid of hair and other dirt from the drain.

1) Vinegar and warm water

Prepare a mixture of vinegar and warm water and pour it in an empty spray bottle. Spray it on the tiles and scrub them with a sponge. For the final cleaning, rinse with fresh water.

2) Wire snake

Grab a wire hanger and unwind it to get a straight wire. Bend the tip with a pair of pliers and transform it into a hook. Use this hook to remove the clogged hair.

3) Plunger

Pour some water near the drain to make it wet. Press the plunger over the drain, then use a flashlight to look down and remove the hair with a wire snake. Pour some water and see if the drain is cleared.

4) Baking soda solution

Pour 3 cups of baking soda and ½ a cup of vinegar down the drain. Plug a rubber stopper instead of the lid and wait for 15 minutes. Pour 3 cups of boiling water in the drain. Use a wire snake to remove the clogged hair.
