1) Apply a pinch of baking soda to the stain and rub it with a damp cloth for a few minutes. Rinse the cloth with cold water.
2) Apply vinegar directly to the wet stain and soak the cloth for 15 minutes to dissolve the stain. Rinse once more. Put it for a washing cycle to get rid of the vinegar’s smell.
3) Use a damp cloth to absorb any tea remnants from the spill. Pour a generous amount of salt directly onto the stain, followed by addition of some club soda. Rinse the cloth with cold water.
4) Use Surf Excel liquid detergent and rub gently onto the tea stain. Allow it to sit on the stain for at least 5 minutes. Soak the cloth in cold water for 30 minutes and then rinse it thoroughly.
