Floor & Surface Cleaning

Check out this guide to avoid the staining and erosion of your marble floors!

Like all the natural stones, cleaning marble carefully and regularly is a must to prevent staining and erosion.

The cleaning process doesn’t require much professional help, you can do it yourself.

Step 1:

Sweep the floor to wipe away surface dust and dirt.

Step 2:

Mix 3 tablespoons baking soda and 2 drops of Vim dishwash gel in a bucket of warm water.

Step 3:

Dip a sponge into the soapy water and scrub the floor. Rinse the sponge frequently in clean water.

Step 4:

Add 1 cup of diatomaceous earth, plaster and talcum powder in a container and pour some water over it. Stir it to create a paste.

Step 5:

Wet the stained area and spread a thick layer of the paste on the stains. Now, cover each stain with cling wrap.

Step 6:

Let it sit for 24 to 48 hours.

Step 7:

Remove the plastic wrap and wipe the residue away with a wet cloth.

There is no need to tear the tiles down and lay new marble flooring! Cleaning and maintaining marble flooring has never been so easy!
