Painting your house can be messy, especially when you are prepping for certain occasions. No matter how hard we try to cover our furniture and other appliances, there will be paint stains on surfaces.


Get Rid of Tough Paint Stain

Here are simple hacks to get rid of tough paint stains:

  • Clothes:

All you need is some rubbing alcohol (easily available online), a sponge and a toothbrush. Sprinkle some alcohol on the stains and rub it with a toothbrush. As the alcohol dries away, clean the patch with a sponge. Apply more alcohol to repeat the process. Redo the process till the stains are gone. You can follow the same process for fabrics like curtains, lamp shades, and carpets.

  • Furniture:
Paint Stain on Furniture

Create a solution of, one teaspoon of Vim dishwash soap and some warm water. Dip a dry cloth in the solution and dab it on the area where you spot paint stains and let the patch dry. Once the paint is gone, scrape the dried part away.

  • Floor:

Once the paint dries, it can be scraped away easily. There could be a chance of a stain, so apply some turpentine solution on a dry cloth and scrub it off the floor.
