Step 1: Remove Containers

Remove all the masala containers from your drawer as soon as possible. This will prevent oil stains on the containers and hasten the cleaning process.

Step 2: Spread Paper Towels

Sprinkle cornstarch over the affected area of the drawer and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, wipe it away using a clean cloth. Repeat this process a few times.

Step 4: Rub

To get rid of the remaining oil stains, take 3-4 drops of dishwashing gel on a sponge and rub it on the affected part.

Step 5: Wipe

Wipe your drawer with a damp cloth to clean any soapy residue. Then, use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the area again to remove moisture from the drawer. This should also get rid of any unpleasant odours in the drawer from the oil spill.
