Keep this step-by-step guide handy for some post- feast cleaning.

If the stains go up till the opening of the cooker, fill ½ of the cooker with water.

Step 1:

Fill the cooker with some water.

Step 2:

Add 2-3 sliced onions inside. For larger stains, add skins of several onions.

Step 3:

Place it on the stove and cover it with a lid. Make sure you don’t seal the pressurized lid.

Step 4:

Switch on the stove and allow the onions to boil for 20-30 minutes.

Step 5:

Take the cooker off the stove and allow it to cool.

Step 6:

Add 3 drops of Vim dishwash gel and scrub the stains with a scrubbing pad.

Step 7:

Rinse it with clean water and there you go; your pressure cooker is now ready for another feast!
