Pipe leakage leaving dirty stains on your kitchen walls? Read to know how you can fix it!

Apart from the regular kitchen cleaning regimen, taking care of the walls and flooring of the kitchen is also very important.

You probably want to do more than just spring cleaning to get rid of the stains of pipe leakage from your kitchen walls. Follow the steps listed below and get rid of the hard stains.

For regular cleaning

Step 1:

Use a broom head covered with a clean microfibre cloth to clear the dust from the walls.

Step 2:

Add 3 tablespoons each of ammonia, vinegar and baking soda in a bucket of warm water.

Step 3:

Soak a sponge in the solution, wring it and dab the walls in a circular motion. Rinse the walls and wipe them dry with a towel.

For tough dirt and grime

Step 1:

Create a paste of 2 tablespoons of baking soda and warm water in a bowl. Apply the paste to tough dirt spots with a sponge and let it dry. Wipe off the paste with a clean dishcloth.

Step 2:

Clean the walls with a damp cloth to clear the residue and dry them with clean towels.

Regardless of the paint type, always test a tiny patch on the wall first and then begin the cleaning with the gentlest solutions.
