In case your kid has a mishap at school with an ink pen, here are a few hacks to deal with it.
- Dip the stained part in an alcohol-based solution, such as rubbing alcohol, hairspray, or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Keep it for 3 minutes and remove it by dabbing a cotton ball. Repeat if required.
- Sink the stained portion in skimmed milk. Wait for half an hour, and then scrub the stain gently with a toothbrush.
- Wet the ink stain in vinegar. Then, create a paste with 2 parts of vinegar and 3 parts of cornstarch and apply it on the stain. Let the paste dry completely before washing the piece of clothing.
- Put salt on the stain and gently dab with a wet paper towel, and then remove and brush off the salt. Repeat until the stain is completely gone.
