Restoring brightness to whites may sound like a daunting task. But it isn’t impossible.

Keep these hacks handy to restore your whites in case you happen to have a mishap.

Use Bleach

Fill half a bucket with water, add ¼-cup undiluted bleach and soak the affected clothing for 10 minutes.

  • Use Ammonia

Prepare a solution of ammonia and dishwashing liquid, 1-cup each. Mix it properly with a toothbrush. Soak the stained cloth for 30 minutes to make sure it loses the colour stains. Scrub the garment with the same toothbrush and rinse it in the water.

  • Use Peroxide

Add 1 part of water and 1 part of hydrogen peroxide (depending on the size of the garment). Soak the clothing in it for 30 minutes and then rinse it. Rewash and repeat if needed.

Use these washing tips and your white fabrics will thank you for it!
