Check out these simple tips to get rid of that cigarette smell!

Here are some simple methods to mask or neutralise the cigarette odour and keep your room smelling fresh:

Place a fan near the window, with the fan turned inwards. This practice will help bring breeze into the room.

1) Keep the ashtrays out of the room

It is advisable to keep the ashtrays in a designated area after you are done smoking.

2) Open the windows

Open windows to let the smoke escape and let in some fresh air.

3) Spray a room freshener

This practice will let the fresh smell linger inside the room, eliminating the smoke’s smell.

4) Burn incense

The musky, flowery smell of burning incense can mask the smell of smoke. You can buy these in stick, powder or pellet form.

5) Sprinkle baking soda

Sprinkle some baking soda liberally over carpets and upholstered furniture. Let it sit for a day and vacuum the furnishings later.
